A Nail, A Knife, & A Needle

A Nail, A Knife, and A Needle: an exhibition in three acts, is the title of my 2013 degree show work. This body of work revolves around stories told in various cultures and time periods. The tales relate to the darkness of war, famine, and climate change, tempered by community growth and action.

The exhibition included a series of props which came alive in three performances. I have made separate portfolios for each of these performances: Nail Soup, Onion Cellar, and Me(a)nder.

This stop-motion was made throughout the ten day exhibition.
